The fire detector gives reliable early warning of a fire. It alarms when the temperature rises fast, or when it reaches a fixed threshold, in the protected premises.
It comes in two versions, by temperature threshold, in accordance with the European Standard ISO 7240 / TCVN 7568-14:2025-5. It suits premises with normal ambient temperature and no sudden changes.
The FSH rate of rise heat detector suits most applications that need heat detection.
Keep it away from hot air heaters, stoves, ovens and other heat sources.

Rate-of-rise vs. fixed-temperature heat detection
The FSH-001 is a combined-response heat detector. It trips on a rate-of-rise in temperature, which is a fast increase over a short time, typical of a flaming fire. It also trips on a fixed threshold (class A2R or BR per ISO 7240 / TCVN 7568-14:2025-5, see the table above).
Rate-of-rise response reacts sooner to a fast-developing fire, before the room reaches the fixed alarm temperature. It is useful in areas with a fairly stable ambient temperature.
A fixed-temperature-only detector ignores rapid but harmless heat swings. It alarms only when the set threshold is reached. This resists nuisance alarms in spaces with normal but variable heat, such as kitchens, boiler rooms and some plant rooms.
This is also why the datasheet above warns against installing it directly facing heaters, stoves, ovens or other heat-generating equipment.

Fixed-temperature vs rate-of-rise: where each one belongs
Heat detectors suit rooms where smoke, dust or steam would trigger a smoke detector. The right response depends on how stable the room temperature is. The table below is a selection guide. It does not replace the design under TCVN 7568-14:2025.
