About FireSmart
FireSmart is a Vietnam-based manufacturer of fire alarm and detection equipment, engineering and building its own product lines in-house since 2015. Every FireSmart control panel, detector, sounder and fire-transmission device is manufactured domestically in Vietnam — not re-badged from an overseas factory — which is why the product range spans both conventional wired systems and wireless addressable systems under one engineering team.
A wireless fire alarm manufacturer in Vietnam
FireSmart designs and manufactures wireless fire alarm systems in Vietnam. The range centres on the WCP-1 wireless addressable control panel (up to 160 devices) with WSD-1 smoke and WHD-1 heat detectors. FireSmart also makes conventional zone-based systems, so one engineering team can match the system to the building. Distributors, OEM partners and contractors can contact FireSmart directly.
What we make
FireSmart’s catalog covers four families of fire alarm systems, built so a project can pick the architecture that fits the building rather than being forced into one technology:
- Conventional (zone-based) systems — FCP (2–8 zones) and FSP (10–40 zones) control panels with FSS-001 smoke and FSH-001 heat detectors, for buildings with existing wiring infrastructure.
- Wireless addressable systems — the WCP-1 control panel (up to 160 devices) with WSD-1 wireless smoke detectors, WHD-1 wireless heat detectors and combined smoke-heat units, aimed at retrofits, heritage buildings and multi-building sites where running new cable is impractical or destructive.
- Standalone detectors — self-contained smoke and heat detectors for smaller premises and household use, each unit interlinked so the whole set sounds together.
- Building-wide integration — the Picom touchscreen panel, which can consolidate several separate fire alarm zones or buildings into a single monitoring interface, plus the FCOM fire-transmission device that connects a site’s alarm panel to a monitoring service or cloud platform, and the FAMS software for centralized management.
All FireSmart wireless products are designed and tested for hot, humid, dusty operating conditions typical of tropical-climate buildings — a starting design constraint rather than an afterthought, since FireSmart’s home market is Vietnam.
Home-market standard
In Vietnam, FireSmart fire alarm equipment is manufactured to meet TCVN 7568-14:2025, the current national fire detection and alarm systems standard, and holds a Giấy phép lưu thông (certificate of free circulation) issued by Vietnam’s Fire Police and Rescue Department under Decree 105/2025/NĐ-CP. This certificate confirms the equipment is permitted for sale and installation in the Vietnamese market under current fire-safety regulation.
Certifications in progress for international markets
FireSmart is actively working through the certification and type-approval requirements of several export markets rather than claiming compliance it does not yet hold. As of this writing, FireSmart is pursuing India’s WPC Equipment Type Approval and BIS conformity to IS/ISO 7240 for its wireless modules, and Indonesia’s SDPPI/Postel radio-type approval alongside an SNI conformity review. Neither certification track is complete, and FireSmart does not represent either market’s certification as finished until it is. Country-by-country detail is maintained on the Certifications & Compliance page.
Engineered for tropical-climate buildings
FireSmart’s product decisions are shaped by the conditions its home market puts equipment through: high humidity, heat, dust, and buildings that are frequently renovated or extended rather than built once and left alone. That is the practical reason wireless addressable technology sits alongside conventional wiring in the FireSmart range rather than being treated as a niche add-on — for a hotel retrofit, a heritage building, or a multi-block factory site, running new cable is often the most expensive and disruptive part of a fire alarm upgrade, and a wireless system avoids it.
For a closer look at how that equipment is actually built and quality-checked before it leaves Vietnam, see Manufacturing & Quality Process.
Why one manufacturer builds both wired and wireless
Most fire alarm manufacturers specialize in one architecture and treat the other as an afterthought. FireSmart’s engineering team maintains both conventional and wireless addressable product lines side by side, because the two answer different project constraints rather than different customer budgets. A new-build factory with open ceilings and planned conduit runs is usually a better fit for a conventional zoned panel; a heritage temple, an occupied hotel being renovated floor by floor, or a cluster of separate warehouse buildings on one site is usually a better fit for a wireless addressable system, because it avoids cutting into finished walls or shutting down a building during installation. Carrying both product families lets FireSmart recommend the architecture that fits the building, rather than the architecture the company happens to sell.

Frequently asked questions
What is FireSmart’s typical lead time for an order?
Lead time depends on the product line and order volume — FireSmart confirms an exact schedule per quote once the bill of materials is known. Request a quote for a project-specific timeline.
What is the status of FireSmart’s international certifications?
FireSmart’s equipment already holds Vietnam’s Giấy phép lưu thông (certificate of free circulation). For export markets, FireSmart is actively pursuing India’s WPC Equipment Type Approval and BIS conformity, and Indonesia’s SDPPI/Postel and SNI review — neither track is complete yet. See Certifications & Compliance for country-by-country detail.
Does FireSmart accept OEM or private-label orders?
Yes. FireSmart manufactures for international distributors and OEM/private-label partners in addition to its own brand. Pricing and minimum order quantities are confirmed directly with each partner — contact FireSmart to start that conversation.
