OEM & Private Label

OEM & private-label wireless fire alarm manufacturing

FireSmart manufactures wireless (radio-linked) fire alarm devices — control panels, detectors, sounders, and modules — in a TCVN 7568-14:2025-compliant factory in Vietnam. Beyond our branded product line, we work with distributors, security integrators, and building-technology companies who want to sell FireSmart-manufactured devices under their own brand. There is no published OEM price list — every OEM programme is quoted individually based on volume and customization. Contact us to discuss your project. For background on how these devices work together as a complete system, see our wireless fire alarm systems guide.

What we offer

  • White-label. FireSmart’s existing wireless hardware and firmware, re-branded with your company’s labelling and packaging.
  • Custom technical requests. For partners who need adjustments beyond labelling, we evaluate custom technical requests case by case, including firmware or hardware modifications where feasible.
  • Compliance carried over. OEM units are built on the same TCVN 7568-14:2025-certified manufacturing line as FireSmart’s branded products; see our Certifications & Compliance page for the certifications we currently hold and the ones we are actively pursuing in other markets.

How an OEM project works

  1. Initial discussion & NDA. We typically sign a non-disclosure agreement before going into technical or pricing detail.
  2. Technical scoping. We confirm which products, what level of customization (white-label only, or deeper technical changes), and target volumes.
  3. Sample production. A sample run is produced for your evaluation before a full order is placed.
  4. Quotation & agreement. Pricing, minimum order quantity, and lead time are confirmed based on the finalized scope.
  5. Production & delivery. OEM orders generally take longer to produce than standard stock orders, since they involve dedicated tooling, labelling, or packaging — we will give you a specific lead-time estimate once the scope is confirmed.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the minimum order quantity for OEM?

OEM minimum order quantities are generally higher than our standard distributor MOQs, because retooling for custom labelling and packaging has a fixed setup cost. Contact us with your target volume and we will quote a specific MOQ.

Can you modify the hardware or firmware, or only the branding?

Both are possible. Simple white-label (branding and packaging only) is the fastest path. Deeper technical customization is evaluated case by case — tell us what you need and we’ll confirm feasibility and lead time.

Do I need to sign an NDA before discussing technical details?

Yes, we typically ask OEM partners to sign an NDA before sharing detailed technical or pricing information.

How long does an OEM order take to produce?

Longer than a standard stock order, because of dedicated tooling and labelling. We provide a specific lead-time estimate once your product scope and volume are confirmed.

Is this different from becoming a distributor?

Yes. Distributors resell FireSmart-branded products; see our Become a Distributor page. OEM/private-label is for partners who want to sell the same underlying hardware under their own brand.
